In the old (a few months ago or so) days, the new toon posts would include info about release events and stores and things. I hope that info comes back.
That aside, historical patterns are that the CP store for a 5 releases one week after they are released with the HP store. This means currently in the US the CP store opens on a Wednesday along with the new PVE (slice 1 time). But…the PVE before that (AKA cosmic chaos) should be giving out some tokens in placement (T10 only iirc) for players for that CP store. Instead they’re just LTs.
This seems like an oversight and I suppose players who hit T10 can contact CS but I’m not sure if they’d send tokens to them if they already get LTs.
