With 3* Star Lord being included in tokens at the beginning of next season, which 3* will be leaving?

This drives me nuts, is there a rhyme or reason to who gets shuffled out? At least with four and five stars, it goes by date added to the game. The three stars side makes no sense
The order I posted above is the order they were added to the game. Why would you think it’s any different?
I get that, however, characters like Quicksilver, Vision and Bullseye that were introduced after Scarlet Witch are not in that list. Why did they get removed already? Or where they never in this? That’s more the confusing part to me.
Also, you are missing Black Widow from that list.

As for the others, D3 only elected to keep 20 3* in rotation when it went to vaulting. The latest 20 are the ones you see above.
No, they just used the most recent ones. Popularity and other considerations didn’t come into play.
The currently available 20 three-star heroes are most definitely not the 20 latest.
The last 3 to leave - Loki - was the oldest one in tokens at that time. So Spider-man may be a good guess. We’ll know in a week…
With the Spidey movie on the way, not a chance, IMO. This vaulted 3* pool has always felt like a compromise between marvel and the devs. Half are tied to the MCU, the other half are pretty good in-game.
Squirrel girl is my vote. Not tied to the MCU in any way, does not have current name notoriety with the public (dp/wolvie), not top half of 3*'s imo, oh and shares colors with Star Lord. Though, she’s not a mutant (anymore) and this game has been working to ignore that side of the house for almost two years now.
Edit: just looked at the original post. Always thought the oldest character thing related to only 4* packs and 3* were selected by devs. Original post seems to indicate both are impacted by this “oldest” standard. Post withdrawn but it’s still fun to speculate.

Also, starting with Bonus Heroes, packs will contain the newest characters. In packs that have 4-Stars, you will be able to get the 12 latest 4-Stars that have been released. For 3-Stars, you will be able to get 20 3-Stars chosen by the Design team at Demiurge Studios. Whenever a new character is introduced into these packs, the oldest character will be rotated out of the pack."
I really hope it’s Kamala, since she is generally better at doing the same things as 3*-Lord and her subsequent removal would speak volumes about the vision for the game.
If they bump Spider-Man instead, just for being the oldest, that speaks volumes about something else.
It will be interesting to see what happens.
A little off topic but does anyone have a list/link to a list of the order of 4 stars leaving the token pool next?
