RAGNAROK, Dr. Doom AND LOKI GET A 3RD SKILL. Period, end of story. Much like respec was a sorely needed feature these 2 have been ignored waaaayyyyy too long. In addition, fix 2* Cap and 2* Daken but even those I can deal with for longer. But no more for Rags and Loki, get to it D3, you are past the point of us being patient.

I disagree. He’s lived through far worse.
The only way Rag is getting a third power is if they start making lazy 4*s.

As is, Loki is near useless and Rags is spamy, but if a high level Doom summons demons he can hurt you real fast. I would leave Loki broken and let him hang out with Bagman, give Rags some kind of defensive power, and leave Doom the way he is. Oh, and stop being lazy and making lazy versions of characters that have already been released. There are so many awesome heroes and villains in the Marvel Universe that there should be no need to have multiples of the same character.
