Something is up with your Chrome then. Tested on a fresh install of chrome on a Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 PCs with no issue.
I just updated and tried again. Same error. I’m on a Mac.
Fwiw, this is the message:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.d3publisher.helpshift.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
Not sure why you’re headed to that link, if you have an in game issue then you would go to https://d3publisherofamerica.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to submit a ticket.
I’m clicking the link in the OP of the bug/ticket creation stickied thread. This link: http://www.d3go.com/mpq-support gives me the error I showed you. Maybe a redirect is bad or they still have the old link? The zendesk link works fine, thank you.
