More likely, due to near-unanimous scorn of their non-answers, they feel like find another avenue to communicate would be more fruitful. Why seek out pain?
Here you go, I got a copy of the answer and apparently it’s good for any question. Ask away!
A: We’re considering it, but also money. Remember when we hit the magical $1 ARPDAU? Good times. Well now 57% of our users started in September, and they don’t know any better, so we can really crank this thing! Have you tried deleting your roster and using Moonstone?
Pretty sure there was a post saying they were going to delay gathering questions for the January Q&A because of the holidays. You’d think that meant they would be soliciting questions again after the holidays (i.e. now), but perhaps they got busy with other things. Maybe this thread will remind them they need to solicit for some questions?
Didn’t they say they were going to skip it for the month because of the holidays? I believe they also said they were looking into other ways to communicate with the community.
Why bother? Why would they waste their time racking their brains for different ways to say “We did it this way to maximize earning potential, if you don’t like it, fuck you guys.” Seriously, their Q&As are just useless.
We’re still looking into a new way to communicate in a Q&A style (we have a couple of ideas) and we hope to make it happen this month. More info coming soon.
I don’t blame them for delaying it. If they give answers people don’t like, they’re accused of giving no answers at all and it provides a new base of operations for people to get angry at d3. If they timed some of their cooler announcements to coincide with the Q&A, I think there’d be an overall better response. I know I’m in the minority, but would really like to see a Q&A like last time (justification for their decisions) + a teaser for something new and exciting.

I would think answering the questions that score the highest in forum polls would be the way to go. We would choose which questions we want answered by our votes, and you could answer them.
Since there are multiple concerns and criticisms of the game in the current state, an in depth answer to each question would probably do well. I don’t think it would be reasonable to get all the answers at once. Personally, I wouldn’t have a problem if it was 1 question that was answered in detail and explains what the devs think and why, as it pertains to the question.

Disclaimer : you is meant to be everyone in charge at D3.
Please consider your customers and users have brains when you decide to answer us.
Honestly, I never really understood why there were these Q&A when the forum is already flooded with problems to fix in the game.
So basically, you have 10 years of Q&A (given the number you answer each month) to work on.
Anyway, who cares since you’ll probably be announcing the release of another 4* in the next couple of days ? Meaning you ABSOLUTELY do not care about our feedback.
