No rare reward - PC [Investigating]

Title says it all. The screen with the rare appears, but no change in the vault (or cards or orcbs)

I didn’t get the rare pack from the current PvE event.

I did get the uncommons-only pack, though. But no rare. I got the animation for getting it, but nothing in the vault or in my inventory.

Do not know, I have finished it and the only bug is the lost rare reward.
