Same thing happened to me, my game overran the end of the event by 3 minutes though when I checked the vault my packs were waiting for me even though I never got the claim screen and never knew exactly what rank I finished in I’m going to say 51
Can support help? It’s been a week since I last heard from them on an issue and their last response was:
“We apologize for the delay regarding the issue. Unfortunately, there seems to be a technical issue on our end preventing us from sending these items.”
Has your tech support reported that bug to the developers and are they close to fixing it?
Support was quite helpful to me the time I had a similar no reward given issue. Took a while to resolve, but they did.
I got the “OGW Rare” I was missing as an item of some kind, along with the booster and crystals, but couldn’t find a way to redeem it into anything. It just kind of evaporated or something, or at minimum didn’t tell me what it was assuming I got anything at all. But at that point I got the other rewards and decided I didn’t care enough to pursue it further. I did think the overall support interaction experience was actually quite good.
