Yeah, actually I wanted to say <20, but thought it might be too much… I AM skipping anyone who is below 16-17 though… could definitely live without the tax for <20…
Especially as the cause was said to be like “cherry-picking easy fights” skipping over the tough ones – let’s assume those way below us in ranks should not be considered bad for this reasoning.
