With Honor Among Thieves starting a day before Venom Bomb ends, and with the same overlapping times, it puts players in a bind.

For those of us that only 1 of the times works for it means having to sacrifice placement in 1 for a better shot in the other, or worse for those with stricter schedules, only being able to play one or the other.

I totally understand wanting to get us back to a schedule with events starting on Thursdays, but this was a bad way to do it. I suggest pushing HAT back a day and following it with another 3-day event.

Just don’t compete in PvE.

I don’t, and the overlapping subs thing is great. I get double progression rewards, and get to play more MPQ! The new one even has a different set of boosted characters for me to mess around with!

It’s nice to look at the leaderboard for Honor Among Thieves and see some different names for a change. Maybe we should have even more overlapping events so people feel less constrained to playing every event, or play some for placement and some in a more relaxed way. A new PVE every day!

The devs purposely designed SCL10 to make placement basically a non-issue.

Also…I assure you, chasing and getting top placement for any event matters not at all to your roster. There are 390 characters now!

You would not notice one way or the other if you get an extra cover or two or three for anyone, not even those extra 30 or so shards for CGR.

Isn’t the first sub for HAT 48hrs? Sounds reasonable to me

I thought this PVE was the missing one? And that they are just giving it to us as an additional PVE so we can make up.for lost rewards if we see fit?

It’s also highly possible that I’m wrong.

No, nothing extra is happening. They just made the wrong choice earlier with running a 4 day version of the hunt then VB making 8 days of PvE start on a Thursday. Then they decided to overlap to get themselves back on the “7 days of PvE begin and end every Thursday” pattern. Apparently.
