Not receiving purchases

Hello,
I just got this game and I am really enjoying it.
I used Amazon Coins to purchase Logans Loonies but I still have not been credited.
The amount was deducted from my Amazon account.

I waited almost 24 hours still nothing.
I wrote Customer Service this morning but not a peep.

I have signed out and rebooted still nothing.
I signed in on another device still nothing.

Is there something else to try?

Customer Service is the way to go for problems with purchases. They’re not the fastest, but if you opened the ticket this morning you should have a response within 24 hours.
