I’ve started to read up on proper roster building, but I feel I’m in the middle of a 2-3 transition, so would appreciate input on (roster attached). Thank you!

In rewards:

I’m thinking of grabbing all these rewards, I have room for 1 of them, and possibly unloading a few covers.
I assume I should let go a few of my 4*, but I assume i should hold onto some since I will get some covers for rewards from 3*? or am I looking too far ahead right now?
should I sell my max’d astonishing wolv and start over to farm 3* Patch covers? Is that what I should normally do until I max the 3*?
I’ve learned now I should hoard LT’s until I have a roster ready to add 4*, so I’ll stop opening those up.
You’re doing great. Here’s my advice (for whatever it’s worth):
Keep every cover you can afford the slots for, including your 4-stars
Don’t start recycling (farming) your 2-stars until you aren’t relying on them to win matches
Don’t put iso into your 4-stars until you have champed 3-stars. Try to soft-cap your 4-star levels in line with your 3-stars as long as possible, to keep your MMR and scaling as low as possible.
Don’t put iso into your 5-stars… period.
Try to champ all the 3-stars
Hoard your LTs/CPs until you have a really nice collection of champed 3-stars and you’re ready to make the jump to 4-stars
Don’t be afraid to spend 20CP to get that 13th 3-star cover for someone you want to champ, especially if they’re top-tier (IM40, Switch, Strange, etc)
I’m not sure if I would add any 5* as long not few others are near level 255, I find the game already hard enough with my highest 3 characters (together divided through 3 ) at level ~157.
But I have not some of the good 3* characters champed as you have already. You should have not so much issues with the difficulty or not?
I think you will get from most players the suggestion to add her. But better wait until some more experienced players agree with adding her.
Personally I find it hard not to open the LT, but I think it is really better not to do it. I was lucky not to get a 5*.
Theoretically it should be no problem if the opening of the LT would be 5 days away from the last character in the queue, but in reality you can get every 3-4 days a 4* if you choose highest level in PVE, so some covers from the LT will very likely get lost.
Given that you have a Champed 3* Thor and a 525 Patch, I’d think you would probably be OK selling and farming their 2* counterparts - red Patch is the first cover award from 2* Wolverine champion levels for an added bonus.
If you have to sell, Red Hulk in for Wasp is a decent exchange (though ideally you want to keep them all). Then get the HP to add Cyclops, and Widow if you manage to rustle up more Hp. It’s a harsh thing to sell a 5* but she will sit on our roster doing not much for a long time to come, particularly as you are taking the sensible hoard option.
Thank you guys again for the input. I think I’ll have enough HP in the next week or so to add 2 more slots, which will make the choices easier, but most likely I’ll do what CT1888 says. I hate to give up the 4 star, but I’ve actually had that wasp for about a year with no additional covers, so of course I’ll get one as soon as I sell it!
