Number of selectable creatures shown decreases using abilities like conquestador or similar ones

Sorry for the long title.

In the current event creatures that allow you to call for another one when it enters the battlefield are very nice to use. So did i for 3.1 and 3.3. In 3.1 the conquestador and in 3.3 the merfolk forerunner. Both creature deal with the same issue. Unlike casts and supports that allow to choose from upto 4 creature every time you play them their ability leads to a decreasing number of available creatures like 3-2-1 until the deck is made invalid and a new one is setup (within the same game, of course).

This issue is an old one. Not that urgent but unpleasent.

They did this intentionally several patches ago to avoid the loop with Legion Conquistador and Path of Discovery.

But this happens also for elves and merfolks etc.
And brokhan third and equal abilities or other casts and supports are no under this limitation. No good idea to implement one ability in different ways
