To be honest, i wont to initiate this topic to public but my ticket was unacceptably treated and it take about two weeks without any signal of resolution.
As we played ToS about 2 weeks agos, at end of event there is error message (as often due to server load) to some player (oncluding me).
This make me did not get any reward form ToS event at ending. I should get 150 Mana Jewels + 125 Mana Crystals + 1 Rare as rewards for my ranking as photo below (i hide another player name).
So, i do the ticket for my reward and your staff gave me the ToA reward.
I do reply my email but your staff alway said that i get the correct rewards. I try follow up but the ticket always indicated as solved. please help.
