in 20 days, and I’m not sure whether I should level him or not. He’s currently at 4/0/1.
I only have 3 champed 4s: Fury at 274, XFW at 274, and Thoress at 270. Got a couple of others sitting at 229, and some more at 209. RNGesus hates me, but I know he hates a lot of us so that’s okay. (I guess.) I’ve got every 5 other than Sylvester the Cat rostered, but haven’t levelled them at all.
SO…my question is this: if I dump a load of ISO into him and take him to 345 when I get his yellow, will that adversely affect my experience with no other 5s to play with? I don’t mind an increase of levels in PVE, but I’m worried about being placed with 5 rosters that eclipse mine in PVP. I already hit the max champed 4* wall as soon as I get above 575 and really don’t want to make it even more of a struggle to get there.
I’ve read a lot of people’s experiences and I think I’ll be okay but I wanted to ask again just in case.
I don’t think it will change that much to have him at 345. It might affect the PvE scaling a bit but not by much. It also shouldn’t affect the PvP mmr. However I doubt there is a point in doing that. He will not help you much. Granted with one yellow he can last longer but you will most likely still use him only in the easiest nodes and lightning rounds. I think you are better off using the iso to develop more 4* champions.
That’s just it, though, I currently don’t have any more that I can spend the ISO on
Everyone who I want to level, or who is worth it, I have. I’m now totally reliant on RNGesus or if a 4* prog cover in PVE is one that I need.
I’m currently hoarding LTs and CP, so I’ll do another binge when I receive his yellow and if I get any covers for a top tier 4* I’m close to maxing I’ll dump the ISO into them instead.
I brought my OML up to 360 to help out when I had 1 or no boosted 4s in a week (1/3/3 at the time iirc). Granted I had more 4 champs than you do currently (8-10 I think), but it deffo made things easier when I didn’t have a natural partner, and as he was sitting about where the 4*s boosted to, didn’t notice much of a difference.
I was consistently hitting 900 with good boosted characters before, hit every 900 since, with him in heavy use maybe 30% of events.
His black will make matches much quicker.
