only 3 people in ultron alliance

Ultron run 1 was fine, cleared the event.

Ultron run 2 alliance is stuck at 3 people, actual alliance is still 20. Cannot clear any rounds.

I submitted a ticket and got a reply referring to ultron run 1, didn’t address my issue in the slightest. Looked like a stock reply.

If you’re going to have customer support, at least address the query. Stock replies only annoy people who are already unhappy.

Sounds like you had people join the Ultron event and leave the alliance—they stay in the Ultron bracket. Whoever comes into the alliance and tries to join Ultron after there are already 20 in the bracket gets put in a new 20-person bracket.mdo you communicate with your alliance?
