Only one 4* in the Gauntlet...

I am a little disappointed to see only one 4* progression reward in the Gauntlet.

I know that what was released in previous Gauntlets, but adding in an extra 4* cover for progression, seems to me an easy way to help with the much needed 4* transition.

So many of the ‘rewards’ in this gauntlet seem rather pointless, ignoring the hated moonstone, are people really going to be needing a 2* torch if they can get onto the 3rd gauntlet, that one should be a heroic or another event token, assuming they wouldn’t upgrade it to a 3*.

That feels like a mistake. Wouldn’t be the first time either, pretty sure there was a PvP once where 2* Human Torch was the 3* reward.

That feels like a mistake. Wouldn’t be the first time either, pretty sure there was a PvP once where 2* Human Torch was the 3* reward.

I think it was the other way around - Human torch (classic) was accidentally put in instead of Human Torch (Johnny storm)

I think it’s Deadpool (he’s an essential character for this event, one of the loaners), just like it was Mr.Fantastic the last time this event was run. He was top of the list of essential characters (and was also a loaner in the first node), but was only essential for that final node.

I just realized I don’t have him either so FML.

If you got a few red xpool covers you can try hood/loki ap denial combo (if available) and let DP tank.

That was the case in the last gauntlet, you needed all the essentials to hit the progression total and not just to complete their side paths.

I need nothing from The Gauntlet or BoP.. except the 10’s of thousands of ISO and possible 4s from the token pulls.. like some have in DDQ, you may pull your 4 you need from that token.

But the iso will always be needed.

Last Gauntlet I didn’t have any essentials, but it was the first one I was able to finish (beat the last non-essential node of)

I just pulled my first Prof. so I got the roster spot for him already taken, so I think I have a good chance of completing it all the way this time! (One cover Deadpool don’t let me down)

Yeah, anyone who has ever said there’s an iso shortage, or that they need more iso in the game, better not also be taking events off.

Iso is pretty much a measure of time played in the game.
