I play across Ixalan every day, but I have never played the last node, because at the time I reach it I already reached full progression.
Why not opening all nodes since the beginning? In such a way we will see a larger variety of decks in the event just because people can choose which node to start first. Instead in the current setup, most of the decks are either trying to kill their own creatures or are creatureless for the third node.
