So I was messing around with my teams today and i decided to use Switch, Chulk and Green Goblin. And the thought occurred to me. Can gg fortify both passive cc tiles as soon as they are out?
It turns out, YES, yes he can! Just place him on the right. And my guess is that this goes for all passives.
