Permasupports Thundering Victory (Daxos vs Kalemne) doesn't work [Fixed]

I was playing Kalemne last iteration of this event and I noticed that the permasupport Thundering Victory doesn’t add mana to my cards that cost 14 or more mana. I didn’t check if Daxos’s permasupport works or not.
