Phoenix insta resolve Ashes tile

Twice in the past week my phoenix has died (she had 4 green covers at the time) and instead of having to wait for her revive tile to countdown and revive her it resolved as soon as it was created.

I can’t demonstrate now since I pulled another green and the timer is now only 1 turn.

were you playing with anyone who reduces CD tiles like Coulson? i have seen his passive used to make a CD and then immediately resolve it.
