Agency expenses give you 600hp x 2 purchase = 1200 hp for ~$10.
This gives 2000 HP. I guess it’s fine and I think buying this offer also triggers 28 days rewards? At least they didn’t put it behind $30-40 offer. 
2nd offer on pixel perfect is 4000HP 5CP 4BP yellow cover 500shards for 4 BP & classic legend token, bit confusing though as the image of the 2nd offer shows 5*shard icon which isnt included in the description???
