I’m actually playing_ into the wild of eldraine event.
Using a mid-level planeswalker. I’m facing opponents at max level. All one.
Bad configuration or is another sneaky move from webcore?

The most probable explanation is that there are no other players using planeswalkers with levels lower than 60. If you are the only player that uses a mid-level PW, then yes, you will face only level 60 opponents.
