Over this weekend, I’ve had a quite a few matches that will end with
either the app crashing while I’m using it normally, crashing when I
switch to other programs, or losing connection in the middle of a match.
These would all be trivial issues if it didn’t also lose the state of
the match and count as a loss for an event. This part of it is the main
issue I have that is drastically reducing my enjoyment of the game. It’s
particularly obnoxious because some matches last 10+ minutes where I
can’t switch apps or move between areas with different connections, and even then the game could still crash for a technical issue.
I would
imagine there are always going to be stability issues for a game like
this, especially when new content is released. I also imagine there are
legitimate technical reasons that the game doesn’t work this way
already. I am mainly writing as an effort on my part to resolve my main
frustration that I could forsee making me not want to play the game anymore.
