I know this game runs on many languages, and the one you get is the one your phone is set on.
This is immensely helpful for not-english speakers, and I see from italian reviews in google play, this is highly appreciated.
The italian translation one is sort of good, not perfect due to often contestualization issues, i.e. translating from a raw text without playing/understanding the actual game. Also a certain lack of knowledge of military terms (covering fire - soldier npc countodwn - being translated like “sparked fire bombs” instead of wild gunning to pin opponents, sidearm like weapon kept on a body side instead of just a secondary weapon/pistol/whatever)
Being a perfectionst translation nazi, I cringe every time.
I enjoy reading in english, I understand it perfectly fine and I want my future Hulk use SMASH!, not “percussione” - percussion. Please, just no. I already have “uniraggio” instead of unibeam and it makes me cry (as correct as it may be, it just sounds bad - hero stuff does sound bad in italian most times, that can’t be helped).
Changing the phone language is a workaround, one I would avoid because I like texting auto complete to be in my language.
So, please, can we have a language selector in the options?
I am sure there are less vocal, but still interested people out there that would enjoy it a lot.
