Out of curiosity.
I usually play all of the events until I collect all of the rewards except for the hardest levels. There’s no way I’m spending time and effort grinding Jump Jets 3 to just get boosts.
I play them all except if I need IW. I can’t play those, which is a little annoying. If they provided a base cover I think I’d be fine.
As tempting as the 500 HP prize is, I’m playing for Punisher, so I’m familiarizing myself with all missions to formulize my end-game strategy.
I only do the repeatables until I get the 500 ISO prize from them. And only again if I fall out of top 400.

Pretty much this, as of this writing I have a little over 35k ISO saved up in the hopes I get at least two Punisher Covers
you know..you only need about 1-2k ISO to raise the 3 lvls that would give you lol. Just saying. Hopefully he is a prize in the next event after Sunday. Would love to see him as a progress reward in a guarantee pack a la ironman 40. I just lost most of my hope of guessing where I will place is all lol. It’s going to be about getting into the top 50 and then grinding constantly for 30-40 min until the vent ends o.O sounds VERY not fun lol. Might try and go through a trial run on this next savage lands if I have time., but the places will go to whomever is awake and active at 10 or 11 am PST. I think enough grinding will likely keep you in the top 50, but beyond that its really an utter crapshoot.
Imagine if first place was a single IW and 2/3 was 3 punisher…LOL…

I’m probably a combination of the first three options. I target a particular bracket to shoot for and hope I can get up at least that high.
I see, next question: how would skipping events help you achieve it?
it tanks your rating for the main tourney, which then makes the sub tournament give you tons more points per mission due to rubberbanding.
Thanks for that. Didn’t realise tanking affected the rubber-banding as well.
