mulitple times in the new pvp, “Cold War,” I’ve fired “precision shot” with up to 30 ap, and have not seen it’s damage be boosted as expected by Okoye’s black passive. Anyone else notice this or try to keep an eye out for it? Thank you.

I Should have specifically said “30 team up ap”
Happened to me as well. Blue seems to get its damage boosted but not purple.

I’d recommend sending a ticket to Customer Support so they can investigate.
I too encountered this bug. I have submitted a ticket to Customer Support
I’ve gotten word from the team that they have confirmed this power is not being boosted, and I’ll go ahead and add it to the Bug Status List.
