With months of duplicates, including dozens of duplicate Mythics and a duplicate Masterpiece, I’m hoping to expand out some of my missing key rares and Mythics out of Origins. Most of the rares and mythics I’m missing from the total possible are out of BFZ and SOI blocks, as I started right around the transition into Amonkhet. I’ll also likely try to target a few wish list cards that I’ve learned to just do without (like not having on the of the cheap Nahiri staples - Solemn Recruit, Lightning Runner, etc).
Since I’m targeting rares, I should hit 1300+
I get so sad seeing someone start so much later than I did have a higher count of Mythics. I’ve been playing almost a year and a half and I only have 48 Mythics, 18 of which are legacy. Anyway, totals:

Currently at 1264. Don’t plan initially on going too wild crafting, so i definitely won’t be breaking through to the 1300 threshold. Probably just get the couple uncommons I’m missing and then try and get Insidious Will before thinking on what I want to do next.
I have all of the Commons and uncommons except for coastal, so I’ll probably go ahead and get that. 252 rares, 61 mythics. I’m probably just shooting for rares. I’m at 1224 now, I’ll definitely still be under 1300. Almost forgot my whopping 5 masterpieces, too. I even use 2 of em!

Eventhough I am close on the uncommons, they are not really huge misses so I will hope to pick them up randomly through packs.
I think my goal is going to be to shore up the legacy stuff and then maybe get the KLD/AER stuff a little cheaper once it hits legacy (unless it will be considered legacy as soon as Ixalan hits; then the plan might change).

I’ll get about 170k mana orbs. Will go after specific chase mythic cards in Origins and KLD/AER. Then will probably go for legacy cards (BFZ/OGW - my smallest collection).
I don’t have referral rares, and I don’t think I ever will. But I should be able to complete my rare collection otherwise for sure. Since I refuse to manually count my dupes I make no predictions about mythics at all.

It does help me a bit, but I don’t know the exact number of duplicates I have, so I haven’t really calculated out the potential gain for me personally.

@sjechua – I’m actually quite good at this game when I put forth the effort. It’s that second part that holds me back.
And the first part is probably false, I’ve just been here since the beginning and have a rather big collection – Hard to lose when you have so much at your disposal.
