Hi Everyone,

Here are the updates for the upcoming Power Gem Versus Season:

  • Black Panther (King of Wakanda) and Shuri (Master Engineer) will be entering packs as Latest 4-Stars
  • Gamora (Awesome Mix Volume 2) and Sandman (Flint Marko) will become Vintage 4-Stars

Wow, still no rebalancing of Gambit… very dissapointing.

No rebalances in general.. normally around this time of year we get a major new feature like DDQ, Championing, Vaulting.. something big has to be coming right?

They’re perfectly fine with 3* Gambit.

He doesn’t make the money that 5* Gambit does so who cares?

Certainly not the people who have wanted him for years, that’s for sure.

There better be. Excluding the Gambit hotfixes, this is what, the fifth or sixth season now with no rebalances?

Been a while since any toons have been re-worked. Digital Day hangover continues.

Really? Nothing? Has the game jumped the shark? This is just sad state of where we are at.

That’s kinda what I’m hoping. It’s a good time to roll something out and have it in full swing for Infinity War (or announce something big well in advance of IW if they choose to launch it then).

Besides, all of these months we haven’t had character rebalances, we HAVE been getting updates to 4* champ rewards to give us 5*s. It comes in a separate thread (usually about a week after this one, like clockwork), but I think it counts for something. The fact that we haven’t gotten improvements of one type doesn’t mean we haven’t been getting any improvements at all.

Sounds like it’s time for 6*! No one is going to care about Gambit when you can run around with something even more overpowered!

D3: The community is tired of 5* Gambit. We need to do something.
Demi: We could nerf him.
D3: Ehh.
Demi: We could create a new 5* that counters him.
D3: Ehh. Oh! I got it! Introduce 6* characters to the game.
Demi: Really? Um, ok, who should be the first 6*?
D3: Gambit.

When the next 5* character (which should be the next release) enters latests, 2 weeks after their special token ends. So about a month from now?
