So, today, I replaced my phone due to an unfortunate malfunction. I just got the new phone up and running, and re-installed all my apps. Now, my beloved mpq accounts is nowhere to be found, and, since I don’t have a facebook account, it seems like it could stay that way. (I knew this would happen, but it was still unfortunate) I have sent a ticket to CS hoping for an account recovery and received the “ticket has been received” response.
So, now I’m left to waste all of your time by making you read this while I await an answer (tomorrow, hopefully?)
Has anyone heard of this story having a happy ending? I’d love some reassurance
I had a similar one, I have a second account my kids play on my android tablet, they accidentally deleted MPQ and when I reinstalled it was a new account, I contacted CS and they fixed it next day. I gotta say it was good Customer Service. What they asked so that you can be ready is play through the opening till you can play a PVP event and create a user name, let them know the old name and new name and they reinstated the account. All the best man.
I will do you a favor and wish you are freed from the menace that is called MPQ. I have barely played in the last month and I enjoy the extra time I have. Trust me, once you step away you won’t miss the game.
