I do feel that there should be some way to prioritise tickets.
I’m currently experiencing an issue (save file corruption) that has totally stopped me from playing at all for the last 6 days. All I have received is acknowledgement that ticket is in the process of being looked at, however a few months ago I had a ticket for a few missed tokens which was dealt with in 2 days - had this taken longer it would not of been a big deal.
Can something be implemented, for instance, urgent & non-urgent requests?
