Does somebody know, what i have to do, to be able sending private messages in this forum?

Edit: looks like the FAQ is a bit outdated. You need a few posts under your belt before you can send PMs - I believe at least 5. You can always receive them, though.

How about IN-GAME private messaging? That would be a world of help in recruiting, etc.
Well that’s pretty annoying. Everyone asks for a PM to apply for an alliance, yet I can’t send PMs. This policy seems to encourage filling up the boards with junk posts… like this one. Three more to go I guess?
The magic number is five posts.
There’s also a thread down in off-topic now for just this purpose.
I’ve had some go through and are moved to my sent folder and some say they are in my Outbox. I sent one to an admin about the and that says it’s in my outbox. Any ideas? Am I broken? 
Is the number for posts before the Private message still 5? I am not sure if this has changed over time.
Five is still the magic number.
