“A storied Canadian adventurer, Puck’s spent a lifetime exploring the world and he’s always up for a challenge! Genetically modified to have the strength & density of rubber, as well as having imprisoned a demon within himself at the cost of his stature, Puck’s unique strengths complement his fighting skill and grant him unnatural longevity.
Ambitions for heroics saw him join Gamma Flight, and later Alpha Flight, fighting alongside his country’s greatest heroes.”

That black passive might be really annoying vs 5*; could be looking at a new Bishop but with AOE

Black blade origins: Excalibur

I was hoping for Captain Britain (Betsy Braddock) but those powers don’t make me think psychic attacks.

Is the damage done 15% of the original health or 15% of current health?

Electro will love this guy a lot as an opponent.

There’s nothing much to say.

Red is straightforward.
Green is interesting.
Black passive looks great with Polaris, C5rol and those who create trap tiles and triggers them by being destroyed. A lot of fun and interesting potential for that black passive. He needs someone to heal him constantly and lets him tank all the time.

Could this guy really be Silver Samurai? He shares the same colour scheme as OMD. However, nothings jumps out at me.

Total health.

Uhhh that doesn’t really answer it lol.

Total health sounds like original health to me.

Thank you.

Total health = Melinda May
Current health = Gertrude

The difference between these two
when it comes to processing passive is huge during mid-game.

Against 5* opponent, it will trigger easily if he’s tanking, like his allies go airborne or invisible. For 4*, it’s a little difficult for most but since Polaris is the most common opponent, it will trigger easily. However, he needs a lot of healing, if not you can’t spam his passive. I think there are a lot of hidden fun teams with this character, if you are focusing on triggering his black passive.

This character is pretty interesting.
I love that green power. I’d like to see more puzzley powers like this one. It has the same Big Wheel flavour. In a 8 tiles row there are high possibilities (±35%) of rotating the very tiles you need. I guess it will be a 90° rotation just like BW. It’s funny and puzzley. Still won’t be a sure move, but surely will shake the board.
Red and black are cheap but depend on each other.
Finally black passive is interesting and could help the team but if it only activates when he takes damage then can’t be used on a 5* tier.
It has a lot of potential for the 4* tier, though.

I think this is another ally for Polaris, and a potential replacement for players still using Polaris/BRB/1* Juggernaut in SCL 10.

In SCL 10, hitting 15% health for this character is a walk in the park. I think match damage hits 2500 easily per match-3 and on top of that, it can process multiple times during enemy turn. He should be tanking red and black and you can use support to true heal him, like Lucky and Carol’s Communicator. I’ve not used Polaris/BRB/1* Juggernaut for a long time and I’ll give 1* Juggernaut replacement a spin if I’m playing SCL 10.

Black blade origins - in Gorr the God Butcher the origin of All-Black necrosword was explained. Too early for Gorr with Thor movie on the horizon?

A 15% of his total health is ~2500, going upwards when more leveled.
That’s always if not boosted, then it should be double the amount.
Equipping him supports for to tank soft capped 5* he would be perhaps a faster version than 1* Juggs but expensive on health packs.

Don’t think so, he’s a villain, the new character is a hero.

so… I know this is a bit OT (please don’t slap me!) but all the Silver Samurai talk has me wondering if we could get a heroic version of Gorgon, he was pretty cool in some of the recent x-books and most of the art assets are already there.

Yeah I don’t think this is Silver Samurai. But I still feel certain this is related to Daken in some way. It would make sense to time it around his release and whoever this is could be a good feeder for him. As for the kit, it seems rather fun. I think the simplicity of it is honestly the biggest attraction to me.

Dunno, I’m feeling some Doc Strange variant. The 3 rotating things sounds like those spell circles… Could it be Wong?

Yeah, maybe it is Wong, Sorcerer Supreme.

I didn’t know Silver Samurai is a villian. He sounds like a hero.

How does Wong relate to Black Blade Origin? The thought about the green power is really good. It does look like Dr Strange or Wong casting spells.

I forgot that this character can’t do winfinite like 1* Juggernaut does. So, it’s not good for winfinite, but I still think Polaris/him can be paired together in pvp.
