Purchase of $50 coin package gone?

I purchased the $50 coin package today of 8000 or so coins. The purchase went through fine. I got busy at work however and came back an hour later to make purchases on my break and all of the coins were gone.

How do I go about getting my purchase reimbursed? I do not need the itunes funds returned. I simply want the coins for the game?
