There are a few different groups, the Power9 (one group of many coalitions) welcomes anyone to chat with us here: https://discord.gg/nSceXUe.
There is a general Neutral Zone chat as well that is not affiliated with any coalition.

Also I think the Phoenix family welcomes new friends to their Discord, though they share the link privately. I’m tagging @Opperstamper so he can find it if he would like to do so.
