Edit: Update rewards. Really like the random colour, that’s pretty cool. Although hearing rumours that the random Chulk cover isn’t working properly. Will probably wait until tomorrow before finishing the last node.

Any idea if we’ll be getting a Hulk cover for completing the mission? The rewards say 10,000 ISO, but the event description says “Complete all 5 missions to earn your own Hulk (Totally Awesome)!” The ISO is certainly going to be useful, regardless of what (if any) other rewards there are. My Cho is 5/1/5, and that’s before getting the green for the LVL 7 progression reward from Thick as Thieves. His cover for me in the Vault is also green.

Last time this was run, it did award you a Cho cover just like Growth Industry did with Ant-Man.

Please tell me that somebody forgot to turn on scaling. 3rd misson is 3 waves: 325 Hulk, 325 She-Hulk, 325 Rulk
With no boosted characters in that event, all I got is 3* champs at ~170 lvls. I beat the Hulk, She-Hulk, than Rulk proceeded to two-shot my entire squad.

With no boosted characters in that event, all I got is 3* champs at ~170 lvls. I beat the Hulk, She-Hulk, than Rulk proceeded to two-shot my entire squad.

Just make sure you bring a stunner and finish the waves with a power or match-5. For comparison, my team of IM40 and 2* Storm + Magneto killed that node with great ease, and faced level 334 hulks lineup.

/edit: For sake of completeness: IM40 is champed at level 180, but he’s mostly there for AP generation with his yellow. (His red packs more of a punch than Magneto’s, too, which can speed things up a bit, but use with moderation as it will drain other color’s AP instead of Magneto’s who will actually gain AP). The 2*s were recently rechamped, with Storm at level 107 and MNMags at 96.

I’m used the same team for the wave node after that one, also with great success, although it cost me a bit more health because the first node featured two tile movers so it was a bit longer before I could stunlock the enemy.

Same levels for me. I did okay with Hulk and then had She-Hulk down to 2 health. She then used Power of Attorney leading to cascades, drained all my AP, and stole or destroyed all my tiles. I limped into the fight with Rulk and that didn’t go so well. Tried twice and decided it’s not worth more health packs for now.

With only one opponent, a good stun can carry you. Magneto, Storm, and a 3rd (OBW is always good. Cyclops for black outlet also works). It’ll be long and slow, but should be doable.

Kobu - I meant to suggest you use either 4Thor, Iceman or Cap (or 2* Storm) to keep the Hulks in stunlock
Then bring whoever you need to provide AP - IM40 being my choice.

Poodlec - try 2* Storm, Magneto & Thor - used to work wonders for me on overscaled nodes when I was in 2* land.

Thanks for the tip. First round was close while I was saving up blue, but everything went well as soon as I got the first Wind Storm off. I ended up killing Rulk with a crazy long cascade. That felt even cheaper than stun locking him. And of all the times for that to happen, of course it was when I didn’t need it at all.

Thanks, guys. Tried 2Storm, 2Magneto and my lvl 140 Cyclop with addition of match boost to max and +2 Purple&all ap. Heh, that fight was a breeze. All is left is last node and Cho cover will sit in my queue. Wish me luck !

Did anyone have the game force cho onto your roster instead of putting him in my queue? I already have a six-cover cho, but now i have two chos on my roster instead of a seven cover cho.

I did the Hulk mission with my 3/5/5 Daredevil, 5/3/5 Scarlet and IM40. Once I had two Billy Clubs out there, it was no problem. When one of them was matched away, Scarlet always had enough purple to knock them out for 5 rounds. For the damage I used Daredevils or IM40s red power. The fight was very slow, but I didn´t take much damage from the Hulks.

Yep. I now have 98/97 heroes slotted.

Don’t underestimate 3-star Cyclops black. It packs quite a punch for 7+k damage(5
, lvl 140), so i stun each Hulk no more than twice. And they was lvl 300 for me, you had to fight much stronger guys, i suppose.
