I loved this sub! Did the whole thing (besides the required char nodes) with 3*

The Ironheart Essential node is crazy difficult! I’m getting hit for 4000 and higher and it seems the ninja Caltrops are on any color. At least that’s how it feels

No, you’re thinking of Ambush traps. Caltrops have always been unavoidable. That’s why people always complain so much about them.

I Think starting all the timers should be enough to get you to final progression, so you only need to play each survival node twice.

It’s 4 clears regardless, at least from last word from the devs. So the waves have to be cleared 4 times.

When you say “cleared 4 times”, does the progression total include the fact that the points per clear degrades after two or no? Even though the progression is the same as the last run, I forget how it worked back then.

The 4 clears on the survival nodes in their calculations was a mistake on the devs’ part in the last run of EotS. The dev team acknowledged that mistake and compensated everyone who would have hit top progression accordingly.

4 clears of standard nodes and 2 clears of wave nodes should be enough to hit max progression. Should be.

To those that are planning to hit max progression or even just the 4* Cover and then quit the event, I would recommend getting max clears on the first two subs to shore up as many points there as you can. Because I can tell you in the third sub, Riri Williams is not much help in that 4* essential against Iceman/4* Cyclops/Prof X, even on the first 4 clears. Even with mine at 2/2/2, that felt like a handicap. Best to get as many points as you have before then so you don’t have to grind that node.

Though I will say her blue actually came in handy to get rid of some of Prof X’s special tiles in one fight.
