And there is one of our favourite PVE nodes of all times: Muscle, Juggernaut, Muscle!

Even tough I had no problems clearing this one (buffed Cyke is a real beast!), it´s still in the Top 3 of my most hated PVE nodes (1. Carnage & Hammer Goons in Heroic: Venom, 2. Carnage & Symbionts in Venom Bomb).

And there is one of our favourite PVE nodes of all times: Muscle, Juggernaut, Muscle!

Even tough I had no problems clearing this one (buffed Cyke is a real beast!), it´s still in the Top 3 of my most hated PVE nodes (1. Carnage & Hammer Goons in Heroic: Venom, 2. Carnage & Symbionts in Venom Bomb).

Especially when you finally clear it 4x and remember that it ISN’T the one that gives the CP.

But this had been a (relative) breeze with boosted & champed Cyclops and X-23, and Starlord backing them up. If the Muscles do survive long enough for their blue countdown to get to 1, Starlord’s purple just overwrites them. Barely used any HP’s this first clear.

And outside of teams with Carnage or Thanos, has there ever been a team with less synergy than Prof X/Sentry/2* Hawkeye? It felt like it took me 10 minutes to finish that loaner node.

The loaner does seem to rely on you being able to luck into a match-5 to make it manageable.

I’m glad that Hood and the Muscles go away after the first sub this event. I’m only playing for the 4* progression and CP, but Hood/Bullseye/Muscle has been unnecessarily tedious…especially with IM40 glitched.

Just cleared all that mess:

Failed miserably round 1.

Chose: X-23/MNmags/Strange and cleared them all with almost full health.

At least Juggernaut is still broken, so doesn’t fire his powers quite so frequently.

Is this the event where the replayable main node disappears when its sub finishes? I can never remember. I do remember that I guessed wrongly last time, but can’t remember what I guessed.

The node from the first sub is locked, but the other two nodes are open for the the entire event.
