Some PVE now have vault’s (around 80 items). After the PVE finishes, the vaults closes as you can’t see the items listed. What If I still have tokens unopened, are they still pulled from the vault or are they being drawn like the traditional way where it’s just percentages of covers you can pull?

Stockpiled vaults don’t use the vault mechanic. Each stockpiled token you pull is like pulling from a fresh vault.
I think there is still a vault mechanic underneath, it’s just hidden. I opened some stockpiled taco tokens yesterday and just so happened to get a Legendary token from one - that wouldn’t happen with a regular token.
If there is a vault it reset after each pull though, so you are probably better off waiting for the next run and using the tokens then.
