Thank all of you, for your responses. I will try to get a better roster, to participate in Pvp later on. Seems all to be normal behavior of the game.

Not really. Just pick your battles. If PVP is hard try to snipe it (join a bracket at the very end - just in time to win 3-4 matches). Who knows - maybe you will get lucky and score some big covers/iso/hp. If not - better luck next time.
Do DDQ every day and play PVE to gain ISO, covers and HP. You will get there.
