I was slowly working my way up the Divine Champions event. Before my most recent battle, it showed that I would receive about 20 points if I won. But after I won, it showed that I only got 1 point for my effort. What happened?
I’m currently only at 489 points total, and rank #18. The last few fights were pretty even in terms of character levels.
The nodes don’t update reliably when it comes to telling you the other person’s current score or the reward you’ll get. So if a fight has been sat on a node for a while and either you gain a lot of points or they lose a lot and then you hit them you will get a much smaller reward because it will calculate it correctly on your/their current score even if the feedback on screen is totally wrong.
Some one could have just win against you when you started that fight. The system take the amount of points you lost + the amount of points you win and show as the result.
Some time i have gotten negative point from a win because multiple people attacked me at the same time i won.
