PVP Shield expired early

Not cool.

I purposefully played until past 1AM PST last night so I could get myself as high up as possible in Krakadoom and then buy an 8-hour shield, ensuring my shield held me through the end of the tournament this morning at 9AM PST since I’d be driving to work at that time. I checked it before I left, and I was still shielded and was in 25th place, so hopeful nobody would crawl ahead of me in that time.

When I arrived at work I checked my notifications and found a notice from 8:48AM that my shield had expired, followed by another notification that I’d been hit. By the time I could log in I’d dropped to 31st place before the event had ended.

I wasted HP on that shield, not to mention valuable sleep. Anyone else experience anything like this?

Yea, I had this happen to me on a 24 hour shield once. I put in a ticket and got my HP refunded to me.

On the bright side, it wasn’t completely wasted. You would have got destroyed overnight and not have got the cover if you didn’t spend the 150hp. You lost out on 50hp and 1000iso.

That really sucks. I haven’t used shields much yet but I would expect them to work for exactly as long as they say they do.

I would put in a ticket for this. The item you bought didn’t work as described, and that is NOT okay.
