Simple… Allow a player to reset their points to zero once per event.
Everybody hits a wall at some point. And the only way around it is down. Is what it is. I’m ok with it. But let’s make it a little less painful for all involved and allow 1 reset per event.
You have 3 options when you run out of targets:
- Shield
- Float and get hit
- Dump your points
There’s no need for another solution to a non-existent problem.
Presumably this would become the new “required” way to get all the rewards. Hit 1200, then reset, then hit 1200 again.
Per what Bowgentle suggested, that’s what I do when I hit a wall in PvP. It sounds like you are going for win-based progression rewards since you don’t care about points and you don’t want to wait for the hits to come in to lower your MMR, so that you can hit 40 or 75 wins faster?
