The quick answer is

  • Single Color: ~80k
  • Dual Color: ~160k
  • Tricolor: ~320k

Of those values you’ll need half of the total runes to get to L50, and then the second half takes the PW from 50-60. I recommend stopping at L46 in most cases as you will have your 1-2-3rd abilities all at L3. Once you have enough runes then transition directly from 46-60.

If you play TG + majority of available events your runic income will be ~100k / month. This then gets augmented by all of the free packs you open because they also give runes.
