Quake vs Punisher

I am solidly in 5* land, but I’m still championing 4*s (12 already; see roster in sig). I had two Quake covers in queue, so I was going to champion her next. However, today I pulled two Punisher covers, which leaves me much less sure.

Both seem to be really good, so I was curious what people’s thoughts are.

Aren’t they both great. Quake is much of a defense and Punisher offense. Which type you are, which one you need more, more defense or more offense? Quake is so good with negating AoE attacks and Punisher for boosting strike tile attacks. I would go for Quake since AoE negating is so useful.
