# Question on lazy cap to level or not

so i have lazy cap at 1/3/5 should which ima bout to win the rest of his covers, only three star i can currently bring up to over lvl 100
i have about 105,000 iso to spend should i invest it him or wait till i get more covers of another 3 star?? i almost just spent all that iso on him but am afraid it will be a waste as i have a lvl 55 2 star cap that i regret puting iso into.

I probably wouldn’t honestly, or at least wait to see if he’s buffed next event. What team are you going to run?
I imagine he replaces wolvie for a OBW/Thor/Cap team and mostly just gives a stronger red attack over wolvie and more hp. 100k ISO is no small investment. I have mine leveled to run with my Hood, but I just don’t feel like he does enough your other characters don’t already do to get leveled as a first 3\*. Depending on who’s buffed next event, you might be better off leveling Mags and Storm and more 2\* characters before trying to jump into 3\*s

If you can get him to 3/5/5, he’s actually pretty strong.
The difference is in terms of pacing, the current metagame heavily favors the player who can kill fast (e.g. Patch/C.Mag) over the person who has a stable victory (you if you level your Lazy Cap). Lazy Cap offers a pretty darned strong nuke every 3 turns, alongside a stun and protect tile which nullifies most match damage if you place it smartly - as a player you have an advantage over the AI because you’ll place your tiles where they don’t get matched.
I’m not a huge fan of the high risk/high reward of Patch/C.Mag, and my end-game team is planning to be LT/LC/Lazy Daken anyway, so I leveled LC to L85 and I’m investing the rest of my ISO into other characters.
P.S. I regret putting ISO into 2\* Cap too, but LC is a different story.
It’s pretty darned worth it to see 2.3K/190@L85 (to be 3.4K/290 @L141) of his Red/Blue every 3 turns.
