It’s totally okay, I passed it onto the team nonetheless, so they are aware!
In each of the past two pvp’s, (Storm and Wasp), I have won a match. After the enemy team is downed, it sits there. It won’t let me make a move, I can pull up the retreat screen, but it won’t actually let me retreat. My only option is to force close. When I reopen the app, I earned no points for the victory. It was not as big a deal during Storm since it was early. It happened on a hop during Wasp though, and when I managed to reload, I had been hit twice in the meantime. I put in a ticket for the first time, and they ask for more clarification which I offered. I have not heard back, and now I had to put in a ticket for the second time this happened. Is this a bug that has been reported by others?
I’m getting an error when I try to access the resources shop. Not sure where to log in as I’m using Google to back up my account.

Actually the bug went away on its own.

This was after it had tried downloading the assets 5 times at the bottom. This is in the Winsome, Lose Some Wasp PvP
Today, after logging into the game, my rank was reset. I don’t know what’s going on. Please help? The ticket number is [280504] in CS.
