I had a level 170-ish Aunt May that was not affected by any de-leveling issue with R345. After upgrading to R346, it is now upgraded to level 266.

I’m pretty sure that once we have finalised the compensation for the r345 issues, in the post going through all of that, the team will have more information to share about the fix
@Jeto have you guys figured out how to fix the situation for the players that didn’t receive any 550s?

Idk about the Banshee rewards, but have you not found out about the players that got screwed out of getting 550s like many other players? It’s been weeks now.
CS doesn’t seem to be much help, and it’s crickets for me here
