So… since we are now getting Flash added to other cards pre-M19, including Raff Capashen, what are the chances that Raff can get reworked closer to his paper version and give all historic cards in hand Flash while he’s on the field?
I asked the same thing the other day. Since they took the time to give him flash but not to change the ability I don’t think its happening
