From the hacked patch file:

Augment Strength - Black Passive
Ragnarok saps strength from Black tiles on the board, strengthening his godlike abilities.
Level Upgrades
Level 1: 10 Black tiles to activate, +10% Damage to Godlike Power and Thunderclap.
Level 2: 9 Black tiles to activate, +10% Damage to Godlike Power and Thunderclap.
Level 3: 8 Black tiles to activate, +10% Damage to Godlike Power and Thunderclap.
Level 4: 6 Black tiles to activate, +25% Damage to Godlike Power and Thunderclap.
Level 5: 6 Black tiles to activate, +25% Damage to Godlike Power. Thunderclap changes an additional 2 tiles of any color to Green.

Now that I’ve maxed both Red and Green abilities on my Rag (Ladder people you WATCH OUT!!!) I’m so looking forward to getting this card!!!

Well designed, devs. This is a very fair trade-off for Max Power Level 13. Perhaps the best designed character so far.

If this is true, it’s going to piss off everyone.

Rag haters will lament rag becoming even more ridiculous.
Rag owners will lament the fact they can’t go 5/3/5.

Once again, Rag is only strong in 2 colors. He’s unique in this. Don’t expect him to ever get a 3rd power.
