My best guess:
No fully covered 4* but as someone who pvps I’ll list from worst to best ie who I’d rather face in pvp. Just cos I’m hoping to attract more interest from people who own these guys and stuff 
Depends on who their partners are also. I think colog did a list awhile ago. It should be stickied really. I’d imagine he will update it with cyclops and red hulk soon.

Here’s my guesses. I have XFW maxed, Nick Fury at 5/1/5 and nothing else I use regularly.
Prof. X – with the right teammates he is a beast
Jean Gray – Prof. X killer and massive damage
Iceman – massive damage + great stun
Deadpool – those purple CDs are a killer

Cyclops
Hulkbuster
Red Hulk
a gap in quality here
Carnage – big damage but not sustainable
Sam (Cap)
XFW – great with mags + loki
Jane Thor
Nick Fury
The Thing – goes well with 4* deadpool
